100% effort is put in to all aspects of any project that a Freelancer is hired to work on. No Monday morning blues and no Friday afternoon want to be gone's. A freelancer can't throw a sick day, if they do, no worries, you don't need to pay. No 26 days holiday pay or bank holiday pay to shell out, no maternity or paternity pay, no bereavement pay or bonuses. The list is endless.
