What happens after the website is complete and online?

Don't worry this isn't the end of our relationship. In the future you may want to update text or images. We are available to all clients for ongoing support and maintenance at all times. With any extras or updates you require we will work to the same plan as with the original project.

What is the timescale on building a web site?
This depends on your individual project requirements. We can assure that whether a brochure site, cms-driven site or complex flash design you will be given a realistic time schedule for your development. The most common delay in the process of a web site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by our clients.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

Phantasy Designs can do everything for you.

How much will it cost?
The price of each type of web site website varies. A basic static site will cost a lot less than a more dynamic site with
flash introduced.

What happens when I complete your contact form?

Phantasy Designs will be in contact with you within 1 to 24 hours.

Will paying for your services be simple?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Bank transfer or by using Payal.

Once I have paid you for the services will there be any more charges?

Your annual hosting fee is the only payment that is ongoing, this will only be a small amount each month although some clients choose to pay their yearly subscription up front.

What is ftp?


FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the transfer of files (web pages) from a PC to a web server. ftp details consisting of the host name, User ID and password need to be sent to Phantasy Designs if you already have a domain and hosting set up.

How do I get listed in Google?


It is free to submit to Google, we will take car of that for you. We submit all website's we design to Google, Yahoo! and DMOZ.

What is optimisation?


All web pages will be optimised. This will enable your site to gain a high search engine ranking. Phantasy Designs provide standard optimisation for free although you can purchase additional services from us. Follow the link for more on optimisation.Will we need to have a meeting?
Usually a meeting isn't necessary, the majority of our website's are completed using emails or the telephone. We do have clients who meet us virtually on MSN, these details are listed on our contact page.

What after sales support do you offer?


Once your website is complete we offer ongoing maintenance support which includes slight tweaks or amendments. This is free of charge for the first month. Any support thereafter will be quoted upon receipt of details
