As a website Designer I run Phantasy Designs singularly, the reason I refer to my company as 'we' is that I am a member of a very talented network of Freelancers who call upon each other to ensure a full service can be provided.

service you require then ask us for a 'free quotation' here and state your budget so that we can work with you in offering a satisfactory price.

The Initial Consultation
Following your request for a proposal whether by e-mail or telephone, we will prepare a free plan of your development including all of your requirements, fees and time scales for our services. Phantasy Designs will take the opportunity at this early stage to give advice and ideas on the design and the functions of the required website. If it is necessary we may then amend the plan based on any changes made between us to gain a final cost and time analysis.

Proposal
Phantasy Designs will then draw up an agreement which will be emailed or posted to you for your signature. This will be a small amount of text with no hidden extras that you can sign and return by post or for a faster turnaround X the box and email straight back.

Agreement and Initial Payment
Unlike most web design companies the initial payment isn't just a non-refundable deposit that sits around doing nothing, the first installment we receive from you is for your U.P.W.S (uploaded personal web space) Once the signed agreement and first installment are out of the way we can get down to the nitty gritty.

Design Analysis
The plan of your website will now be mocked up, this will not be an actual working web page but will be identical to the finished layout.This mock up is done specifically to help you to visualise placement of menu bars, indexes, text boxes and image placement allowing you to see how your potential customers will navigate through your web site.It is also very important that at this stage you are happy with the colour scheme and the design uniform.

Web Design and Functional Development
Once the Design Analysis has been agreed the work will start on building the functionality for the site and tweaking the colour scheme and design if this is required.

PLEASE NOTE: any preferences you have for colour & style must be relayed to us in as much detail as possible, don't ever feel that you are giving us too much information, do you like any competitor sites, do you have a corporate branding or logo.
We will refine the design style accordingly and present you with an updated design.

Integration and Refinement
As`soon as the site design has been agreed the content and images will be integrated. Your web site will then be thoroughly tested. Once again, this will be presented to you for your authorisation.

Completion
Now the web site is finished we complete any post-development tasks you have requested such as SEO or Domain registration and hosting services. A full and final invoice will be sent to you via email or post. Once payment received in full the completed website is uploaded to your U.P.W.S if at this point your domain name registered and your hosting is set up we can upload directly to the Internet
